Elias is the person you’ll see at the front — welcoming customers, pouring coffees, and sharing what we’re learning as we roast in-house. He grew up inside the rhythm of MACCHIATO: busy services, fast takeaway, regulars who know their order, and the small details that make a coffee feel right.
Behind the scenes, Elias is learning the craft from his father, George — from espresso fundamentals to how we taste, adjust, and keep our coffee consistent day after day.
