MUSTANG as the name suggests is a very feral coffee that explodes the wilderness of flavors in your palate’ from the very first sip taking you to an extraordinary journey of forest fruits and aromas of citrus but as you start digging in the very bright body sparks through with very balanced acidity. Thus giving you a mouthful of sweet aftertaste.
Best enjoyed as espressos but our baristas highly recommend it as Ristrettos. It also blends into a very smooth chocolatey and fruity cup if mixed with milk.
